Thanks anyway

As of 5 November, yes :) They definitely don't do Sigma or Tamron - I asked when I was there.

Why do you ask?

Why do you ask?My mother is checking it out now anyway before they hit the lounge for a few pre-flight cocktails.

Aaah right. They do have a MacBook Pro (previous gen) at Dixons for just over £1000 - I was very tempted to buy it.

We're going to one of the local game parks Thurs and I'm sorely tempted to use that as justification to get the 150-500 :D

Nice. I'm sure they'll enjoy it. Make sure to make a trip to the Kruger Park and Sun City with them. Brought over a good friend of mine and his girlfriend recently, they loved it.

I'm making plans to get the hell out of this heat actually. Probably gonna go back state side on or around 15th. Think I'm going to stay till end Jan or so. I'm struggling with the heat here, starting to get to me a little.

No. Jessops shops are getting fewer by the day.

There is a Dixons though.
