This morning I checked my airtime balance, and saw I had R130 more than I was supposed to have. A friend of mine says he has about R100 more than he should. Anybody know what is going on here? I have not received any sms from them. And I'm too scared to phone 123, in case they take my 'present' away :p
Accumulated v-rewards that have paid out now?
Or is it a mistake someone at Virgin mobile has made?

Same thing happend to me.Had R20 then looked and i had R111.16 Now im at R11

Virgin are idiots. One day my airtime credit amount was put at R3000 a few days ago...then a day later it was at R0, right now it tells me I'm at R1600.

My parents were given R600 last year christmas time - they received an SMS to say so, and balance reflected correctly.

I can't even check my balance right now. I dial *121# and instead of giving me the balance as it used to, it now says that an sms will be sent 'shortly'. Shortly, indeed. I have received none so far and I've been trying since yesterday evening.
Their internet also seems to be screwed at the moment. I am getting very frustrated, very quickly.

WOW!! So many people have got free airtime and I thought I was the only one. I got R420 the other day. . . . . . I'm not complaining about it!

Ask CharlH and Boodles to kindly return it to you.
Problem solved.
I received R250 rand once, but they took away R200 4 days later. I should have spent it all, and then they would have had nothing to take away. Still got R50 for free :-)

None of my calls came off my airtime last month and instead they charged them straight to my bank account despite having plenty of airtime left.
I'm still waiting for my refund.
