Warriors of the Fissure of Woe [Archive]

Did a run this morning to the Fissure of Woe: 4 humans, each with a warrior. And three of those warriors were females wearing the same skimpy gladiator armour. :)

Damn nice run - took us about 4 hours. A warrior with Rebirth is a fantastic party-saver! We were reduced to one or two characters a few times.

4 warriors - two with sword, one with hammer, one with axe
Curses necro
Two monks.

Haven't been there yet ... I've been concentrating on title hunting for the last couple of days ....

I'm just aiming to max my Delver title - another 15k to go - then I'll be questing again.

My girl's a derv/monk though - does pretty much the same as a warrior ^_^

I just finally finished Factions with one of my characters yesterday - got NF and Prophecies left ... although my main character has only finished EotN so far - been spending most of my time in there making money.

On a sadder note - a lag spike ended my aspirations for Legendary Survivor - my character was 150k XP away from making Indomitable Survivor ... :'(

It's fine ... I had an elementalist sitting on level 17 that hadn't died yet ... she made survivor yesterday - so I'll just be a little more careful - and hop out at the first hint of a ping over 1,000ms ...

When you're working towards legendary survivor, you'll want to capture elite skills for the 5 000XP bonus you get per cap. Even if you have a lag spike your henches and heroes should have no problem finishing off the boss.

I should maybe look into that as well - except ... unlike my previous character which was NF based ... this one is a Factions character ... meaning I have to get her past Closer to the Stars before I can start switching secondary classes - and it means opening up the other campaigns as well. *sigh* So much work.

If I had more money I'd just buy elite tomes - but I'm not quite there yet.

Hi,

I've been playing just over 2 years on GW, but last couple a months was rarely on, only to keep the game up 2 date. Im just wondering if there are some ppl that I can join running around or a guild can join thats a bit active, my guild i was at is empty. ATM I'm focusing on completing the story of Eye of the North, but solo only get me so far with my henchies.

I'm gonna start needing some help with some of the harder dungeons :/ - and I want to start vanquishing - I'd really like to max my EotN titles (except Delver, that one's done).

I won't be online this weekend, but if any of you guys feel like lending a hand, just look out for Makie of the Mists from next week onwards.

Sunspear's gonna have to wait until I finish NF - I've gotten as far as I can in NM.
