How do you get banned?

Banned in the one of the following ways:

1) Scripts has been setup to ban users that attempts to view certain files on our website.

2) Administrator bans the user from CPanel - this is usually done by examining the logs and noticing activity that seems to suggest that a user/s is/are trying to access unathorized files.

3) A user might also be mistakenly ban by an administrator.

Another reason to quickly ban ip's, is when the server is under attack by being constantly ping to force a denial-of-service or with the intend to "eat-up" your bandwith.

The main culprits are from Turkey and Ukraine.
