Some of it really is gross however there are a couple of nice items on there as well. Besides you don't have to mega size it like the americans - mind you, those look like the normal portion sizes.

Im glad to say I gave up sugar in my tea and coffee at the beginning of last year, and stoped drinking coffee in the middle of the year, which is hard for a geek programmer that I am.
Then at the new job, I started 3 weeks ago, they have this huge darkvader-like-coffee-grinder-frothymilk-espresso machine, it smells so good in the morning, but I resist, ok ok I had 1 coffee last week.

I'd just be happy if the healthy/diet food was as "cheap" as the bad stuff. Truth is... it is a very expensive business eating healthy.
