What does "First Client Billing Scheduled for end of January" mean. it's on the ticker on the iburst website.
Could mean....
1.) Cap Time
2.) Serious port shaping
3.) We gonna get proper iburst invoices for monthly payments.

I suppose I am going to have to make iBurst.co.za my homepage or something- otherwise I will never know about this stuff. Time to go check the bank account & find out if payments went off for Nov, Dec, Jan

Finally! A few days ago the help?desk couldn't tell me when this was going to happen! We are supposed to receive an email to this effect... perhaps that will reveal all.
Yes that reminds me, I need to have proper WBS Tax Invoices so I can do my VAT201.

I phoned them earlier this week to find out why I hadn't been billed yet... so does that mean they're going to double bill us the end of the month?

Double? Try triple for some of us... Luckily [for me, anyway] I discussed this with them at the very beginning. Doesn't excuse anything though.... Priority one should be your billing system; then the rest.
