Hi guys

I have received some feedback from Francois at Vodacom. Customers can now call the helpline for current usage which is great news. This facility will also be made available on the Vodacom4me website soon.

I must congratulate Vodacom for their efficient feedback and quick action regarding customer complaints. They are aware of all the problems mentioned on this forum and are talking action to address these complaints. More that can be said for some other companies…

I don't suppose they said anything about increasing the 1Gig cap to 3Gigs to match competitors, or other pricing/package options?

Anywho, Rock on RPM!!!
(or something less dated, putting me plastic teeth to soak overnight)

I have just been informed by Vodacom that all 3G users can no check their usage through the Vodacom3me website. This is obviously a nice development…

No, that was the previous version, we're now on Vodacom4me. :)
