Iburst Modem and Wireless Access Routers

Has any had any problems with running a iBurst modem (USB/Ethernet) with a wirelss access router?

This is my current config; iBurst Modem (ethernet) connected to Wireless Access Router (WAN Port), main PC connect to LAN port on router and second PC via Wirelss connectivity.

Both PC's are have problems with EXTREME slow through put from the internet.

Even connecting direct to main PC via USB give me the same results.

Every time I phone WBS help desk they suggest a new MTU value which does not working or maybe for 2 minutes ...

Any suggestions please?

There have been a lot of network problems this weekend. It probably has nothing to do with your setup.

The MTU will not make a dramatic difference. I have never bothered changing my MTU and I get speeds in excess of 100kps quite easily.
