Yes.... mine is perfectly correct. They charged me for the last week in Nov ( about R60)
and two months (R908).
It seems cool.
also just received an invoice...they say i still owe them the activation fee which i paid when i collected the terminal. And can't get thru to Nozipho in accounts to query. Also, I said i wanted to be debited on the 21st of each month, but they plan to debit me on the 2nd of Feb. Other than that, the amount is correct ie. R454 for Jan and Feb
Me 2, amount seems ok - pro-rata for November, I hope they don't decide to bill us every 3 months as I'm sure we all prefer smaller amounts :)
Since it is unlikely that I will get through to tell them my banking details aren't 100% correct, I'm gonna try leaving a msg with Dylan on MSNMsngrrr.

ant5.... I had a problem. Just realised I have already paid for 1 month. Bought the UTD and 1 month subscription. They have invoiced me for 2 months and 1 week. They should have invoiced for 1 month and 1 week.
I phoned her and she is going to find out for me. Thats probably why she isn't answering :p :p
SHE SAID A REALLY ARB THING.... she said I must pay for Feb 2005 upfront. But it's not on the invoice. So she is also going to find out about that.

I was wondering why they only had one person working in accounts until I saw that my client number on the invoice is 0000073!!! I signed up only 2 weeks ago! Is it possible that I am only the 73rd person to have signed up? One accounts lady should be able to handle that, assuming there aren't too many c***ups.......

Also got invoice. As I'd paid for a coupla months in advance when I first signed up, naturally I sh*t myself - then wiped off and sh*t all over WBS. They apologized bigtime, and I got word back very fast.
(I agree that sending out notices on a friday afternoon at around 3.15 is a really stupid thing to do..) Either way, seemed to have managed to sort it out by a bit after 4..
Only then noticed that on the form they sent me, they had the wrong bank account details... :)

ps - and this is with a BIG sense of deja vu, as I remember saying this last year about Sentech - perhaps folks shouldnt detail what their account signup number is. So that if the poo starts flying, IBurst then cant link usernames on this forum, to their real life customers, and thus do any 'baddies list' stuff or other fun tricks that Sentech did..
(Yup, its working ok for now, but I'm STILL paranoid)

lonegunman, also had the wrong details, said I had a credit card, but showed my current account details, and that is EXACTLY what i told them in the mail... accused them of hiring Sentech employees to "show them the ropes"
