Almost the same situation with desktop and laptop computers.
Laptops are outselling desktops at an alarming rate.

That's because a few months ago there was not alot of Smartphones, mostly only standard Mobile phones.
Same with computers.
Laptops was very expensive and now you can buy them for cheap.

I won't go back to a standard mobile. But I do actually prefer a desktop to a laptop!
