To Get Or Not To Get?

HI. I am considering looking at subscribing to a Telkom DO 3G 3GB contract with a Huawei E960 Gateway.

I would like to know all the pros and cons about the Telkom Do 3G before I look at subscribing. I have used Vodacom 3G for 2Years so I know a bit about 3G.

Also is there a website to check your cap-usage?
What is the sub domain for email. (Example@?What?.co.za)?
What are the average upload, and download speeds. I am in great coverage area?
Is there a better 3G Gateway that Telkom offers? And What are the uses for the Phone Port on the Huawei E960 Gateway?
Your Opinions of the service?

My Telkom 3G experience has been really good. I have been using them since the end of last year. Average download speed is about 3500kbps and average upload about 600kbps. Local latency about 150ms.

It is perfectly fine for local gaming like Warcraft 3. I haven't tried it with FPS though.

If you have an HSDPA modem or phone, I would try it out first and you can decide for yourself. The Telkom 3G acccounts are month to month, so you could start off trying a 500MB package and go for 3GB and a gateway if you are satisfied.
