I'm thinking that its time for a change, I am currently working in the 3D animation field, but due to the lack of opportunities I would like to study journalism, could someone please recommend a good institution to study this type of thing.
I would like to study from home if possible.

Isn't Rhodes in Grahamstown the 'only' place to do journalism in SA?

Have you considered architecture. With your background it might be a good fit.

I have considered it, but I have been advised not to go that route as you have to work closely with the government or local council on all of your projects and we all know how efficient they are.

A friend of mine does architecture. His biggest client is the City of Tshwane.
