yep, multiple anti-virus programs.... just cos there was a free demo on their driver CD (after I already downloaded and installed the LATEST drivers for them)!!! Aaaargh.
These days, I don't give the clients their driver CDs... they are just gonna lose them anyway. I either tape the driver CD inside the case, or I keep it on file.
And it floors me that people still buy a 1.6 Ghz celeron with 512 MB of RAM and then try to load Vista and Office and every other goshdarn program in the universe on it.
When I tell they should not have done that then they say oh but the guy at the computer shop told me that it would run fine.

haha... I would put Norton, Macafee on that list as definite ones. First thing I remove when working on a clients PC.

No, I have not found people running more than one antivirus but I have found them to do everything else on the list.

Bonzi Buddy - heard of it.
Incredimail - have seen it in action, and it's full of eyecandy and stuff.
Prefer a simple mail client like Thunderbird.

Also get pee'd off when they load every single game demo they can lay their hands on!
And multiple firewalls!! That really gets me.

In my experience most antivirus programs do not like another to be installed already anyway.... obviously I do not have as much experience as I would like to think! ;)
