Any idea's? It is part of ActiveSync 4.5 and came with the installation CD for an HTC S710. I have Mcafee Total Protection 2009 but it runs in the task manager at 100% of CPU all the time :(

Does it happen when you plug the phone in? What happens if you stop it and restart? Is it trying to access your disk at the time, I know some processes run away if the file they are writing to has the incorrect permissions or is corrupt.
