After Installing HP M2727 Laserjet... Acrobat reader wont open

Once i install the printer, i restart and then acrobat does nothing. It wont open. I have tried versions 5 - 9. Same problem.
Iv tried different printers on the same machine they all work and adobe works. Leaning towards the idea the printer being messed up. I have updated the firmware and tried different driver versions of the printer but no matter what, if the M2727 drivers are on the PC, adobe acrobat wont open. It gives no errors . Just double click and it does nothing

restart your computer 13 times. this is important. once that is done, uninstall acrobat reader, reboot, reinstall. should fix it.

Seriously, do yourself a favour and download Foxit Reader. It has tabs, uses much less RAM and doesn't have those pesky automatic updates.

Can't actually help with your problem though....
