Telkom Billing, o how I hate getting billed for stuff I didn't use

So I regularly check my Telkom account balance and saw today it was R606, WTF. I only made four phone calls that didn't even last five minutes. Nobody else has made phone calls on my line.

Has anyone had the same problem and is this just a common billing problem? (I bloody hope so)
