Haha. Good for them. Can you see your Telkom executives doing that? :D
well they fellows from Google should be tax exempt as they have created something historic and just about bloody essential.. just a way of getting around the laws but they should do it, they deserve it all the way..
As for the Telkom guys - they wouldnt deserve that at all.. they are a monopoly making massive profits (in real terms) off a basic service.. no pride in that at all, I dont know how they manage to fall asleep at night, if they do.
...Can you see your Telkom executives doing that? :DIf only it were possible, then I would recommend Telkomonopoly execs get ZIM$1.00 / year!!!

The company has been castigated by some corporate governance experts however because of its dual-class stock structure, which gives extra voting power to Schmidt, Brin and Page and other holders of Google's class B shares. So the salary reduction may silence some of the naysayers.
I want to be a "corporate governance expert". LOL. Oooooh - stay away from google - it's got a non-standard voting system which has caused the company's share value to go up 125%. I'd bet that these "corporate governance expert's" will think that teklom's governing bodies are awesome.
