Not sure if there maybe a cellphone technician here but here goes maybe someone had a similair exp and can assist me:confused:
My N95 is playing up , when the slider is up ( revealing the key pad) it works fine.
When its closed ( keypad is hidden ) it doesnt , doesnt even show that someone is calling you or if you received an sms etc , you just hear the ring tone or sms tone notification ( which helps)
The phone is under 2 years old but the contract was taken with italk cellular . I called mtn last week as they have taken over italk , the 1st lady I spoke to said the nokia phones only comes with 1 year warrantly , people at work said no its a 2 year warrantly so I called back then another lady told me that it should be under warrantly and I must take the phone to any mtn store and they will send it in ,I cant take it to the repair place directly else they will not hold the warrantly :confused:
hmmmmm , I was thinking of opening it myself and checking the connections ?
