Hi All

Years ago when I used 128k ISDN internet Telkom had the habbit of compiling incorrect invoices always adding previous data usage to your current bill...and now its happening again!:mad:
Anyone with the same problem?

Fransman, I am in the same "Telkom sinking ship" as you.

Got a SMS from Telkom stating that I owe them R1500. After spending 3 hours at the Telkom shop, they tell me that they are now charging me for 2 accounts, my current account and yes, wait for it.........my previous telephone account (residence that I vacated 9 YEARS AGO !!!!). So Mr Redeye pay up for 2 accounts or we cut your line. What a bunch of retards.

Must admit the extra charges are not high R40+ however if they continue to do so I''ll report them to ICASA as well.

So Mr Redeye submit your complaint to consumer@icasa.org.za and make sure you get a reference number and the name(s) of the consultants, I just had a successful complaint against MTN and they credited my account with R1500.00:)

I am getting my account credited it was 1800 for a line a did not order they gave me 4mp line and charged me for it.
