Hey

Where on earth will I find drivers for a Mecer Pentium 2 with Windows 98 installed. I've tried Microsoft download Centre but it weas a dead end.
Any suggections?

try www.driverguide.com - they have lots of older drivers however you might have to look at the specific name and model number of the hardware in the machine. Mecer is not a name brand and they use hardware from different suppliers.

Alternatively look on mustek's site for ftp access to their drivers.

What device do you need a driver for ?
I would highly recommend loading Windows 2000 or XP on it instead.

From the chipset manufacturers website for whichever device you need them for.

Mecer PCs from that era had Gigabyte boards in them if I am not mistaken. Use a management app like for example Belarc (http://www.belarc.com) to interrigate the PCs hardware. Getting Windows 98 drivers, good luck.
