yeah he is often here and in reality what has he often said? except stuff like yo okes i'm here tell me your problems and invariably he dissappears for long moments... but i suppose he comes here. small steps. want to look at proper support take a look on vodacoms thread. thats how a professional company works.
anyway lets not repeat ourselves, but i do agree 100% with wushtiger
