I have a colleague who is on medication for OCD. She has the hand washing thing. Some days she literally stands and works on her laptop in the ladies washroom the whole day.
On the funnier side we have a family friend who has to hang her laundry up in a certain way. It has to be all shirts together, all pants together, etc and they have to be in size order smallest to biggest from left to right. If it's not hung up like this and she notices it she pulls everything down and re-hangs the lot.
There was a thread about OCD a few months back with lots of other examples.
