Its good news in a way, they belive they can make a profit in this market. But whats hard for me to get, whats going to set them appart from all the other ISP's out there that just resell telkom accounts.

I would like to know the same thing. I don't see how they can really compute with telskum. Its not like they have their own international SAT-3 line or someting similar :)
