Doing some digging around as to how to go about this. Will post progress but if anyone has information on how its done, please PM me with details. Ta

The President's Co-ordinating Council (PCC) is a consultative forum for the President to raise matters of national interest with provincial governments and organised local government on the implementation of national policy and legislation in provinces and municipalities. It also co-ordinates and aligns priorities, objectives and strategies across national, provincial and local government and other reports dealing with the performance of provinces and municipalities, among others.

Apparently I have to send a synopsis of what we want to raise to the council to a very helpful lady called Ntokozo at the President's Advisory Council offices and she will put what we have on the agenda - the council meets bi-annualy. Otherwise, we can ask for a meeting with the President at any time by writing to his office and I have an alternative address now for president@po.gov.za thank heavens.

I also have Bheki Khumalo's cell number and will phone him to ask his help inorganising this.

So, a start!
