Blackberry Storm Blackberry Maps Missing?

I cant find the compass icon on my BB Storm menu ive upgraded to the latest software and yet it still doesnt show up.When I go to the applications tab in the settings it says its installed.

Can someone please tell me where to find it

If its a new Storm without a BIS subscription then that would be the problem. The maps only appear when you activate BIS. If you have BIS then that is very strange.
