Note that there is several alternative browsers available and not sure which of the biased opinions to believe!

What are your experiences in using (and I really mean using) other browsers such as Opera, Bolt or Mobile Firefox?

I have used Opera some time now. On the previous version there was an incompatability with certain facebook apps, but the latest version has no problems. I think browsers is a bit like a personal style thing and I like it because its simple, different and does what the others do. So its a case of "I just like it" but can't really say why.

If I dare say .... It does seem that some people are starting to favour it to Bolt?

If you're not on OS5 consider upgrading, the default browser is a bit better (only a little though) the Opera Mini 5 beta is the best browser I've used though.

I use Opera 5 Mini beta. It's really easy to use. I've never used Bolt. On OS5 the default browser sometimes seems faster than Opera but I haven't measured or anything just gut feel.

Having used Opera for the last week I agree that this is really a great application and works better than any of the other I have reviewed.

Opera Mini 5 is the best mobile browser out there, bar none and I even have an emulator on my laptop for when my 3G cap is running, save even more on bandwidth

Opera for PC has that feature now, it's called Opera Turbo. No need for the emulator.

Would you say that Opera Turbo is better than Firefox on PC? I mainly use Firefox and love it as a browser.

I still use Firefox, it's still better but when you need to save bandwidth then Opera 10 is great.
