I logged it as a line fault with telkom a week ago.
this is my ref number to it: 434crk080310.

Still nobody comes out I phone them every morning.
Gone cancel my telkom and try neotell.

Are you kidding?, Telkom could still come and fix your problem, Neotel might not even know you exist! Or even come to deliver the handset/device. Nevermind the connection issues and unreliable speeds. Good luck!
