Max iPhone Apps = 160 ?

I got a few new apps yesterday and it had to be added on my iPhone's "Page 12" - but the page in itunes is a sort of grey color like it is disabled...

on my iPhone I also can't swipe to that page? :erm:

so I thought to myself did apple limit the apps to 10 pages + the default page? can we only have 160 apps installed at a single time? did they do that so that they have new features in the iPhone 4G (Now supports 320 Installed Apps!)

12 pages is the max unless you jailbreak and use something like infiniboard.

Yep, that's the max. I hope iPhone OS 4 will have a better way to organise apps and allow more to be on the phone at any given time.

That said, even though you can't see the extra apps, AFAIK you can still access them by searching for them by name through the Spotlight search.
