No, DHL will not send you a tracker program or report like that....so like last week, you are infected with a virus again...so no more Farmville till I fixed your pc...Yes, I know you have a lot of work, but if this helps, I have never ever seen you do anything else but play Farmville,and that is in about 200 visits over 2 years, so sod off! Oh, yeah, sure, I will hurry so that you can email your Canadian actor/Nigerian prince boyfriend.

Instead of the saving the document they save a shortcut onto the flash drive ( I still don't know how that's possible).
Putting in a flash drive and selecting save and somehow expecting the work to appear on the flash drive when you were saving the work to 'my documents'.
When i tell you to double click, why on earth or you using the right mouse button.
I can only show you how to send an attachment so many times
No. I can't fix your cellphone send it in for repairs.
I don't now where all these viruses come from. Well you use internet at home and you haven't updated your anti-virus since day one.

I need to know the name of your printer to help you. Oh, you don't know the name - can you perhaps tell me where it is then? On your desk you say? I'm afraid I need more information. On your desk next to your plant - no I'm afraid that does not help either. Please remain calm maam; I know you only have the one printer and if you are able to find it then so should I - but I have to search through 100000 other printers, you only have to struggle through the one.... (Me trying to help a user with a printer problem).
