Help! How do I contact Facebook? My account is suspended.

Seems my account was suspended due to inactivity.
So when I logged in with my correct email addie and password it started a questionaire to verify my ownership of the account. By asking me to identify people in Photos!!!! :confused:
And all the bl00dy photos it showed me was from family or dogs of friends in my Facebook account. I mean WTF. How am I suppose to know which old school friend of mine owns a $#%#% poodle. Or which old primary school g/f has a grandma with no hair?! :mad:
Needless to say I identified 3 of the 7 photos wrong which was not acceptable to Facebook so now my account is somehow suspended again. With nobody to contact. No email addies in sight anywhere.
Now what?

Please let me know too if you manage - my wife was unable to access FB from her previous employer and stopped using it for a time. Then she changed jobs and got access again. Problem is: she forgot her password. And all the reset my password mails are going to the old employers email address. We've tried contacting FB on numerous occasions without any luck.

I've been trying to contact FB on another matter for a while now, but they've managed to wall themselves in - there are dedicated outlets for certain problems, but the only general communications they have with the public is through this crappy little suggestion box. Surely they can do better?

They dont suspend your account for inactivity? My friend has been dead for almost a year and he still pops up on my friendlist... same with my other friends who only logs in once every year MAYBE
