Those that have been on Target Kloof from 2 weeks ago to now.
What are those lights for on Target Kloof?
Also those lil square things in 3, 4 rows when you coming up and down it, you bump over them like twice, what are those for?

Probably some kind of light signal from unknown creatures telling people to escape while they can :erm:

Thats right. I think they had three on the one side.. but removed the one patch of them for some or other reason.

They actually tell you to go faster... the red lights on the ground indicates that you should redline your car... and the white blocks are there so that you can have more grip when you powerslide around that corner...
