Hi,

I recently had a spell of bad service with Telkom.

In the end I complained at ICASA.

To do this:

Send an e-mail to pmompe@icasa.org.za

State in the complaint why you complain (Telkom service not repaired within 3 working days)

The Telkom reference number

Your contact information

Any other useful info.

Then followup every week - just to show you still have a problem

In the end it was (after a month) the route that actually got met proper service.
