Where to get Desire

Hey guys,

got a contract that has expired, and am looking at getting a desire. What is the cheapest contract the desire is avaliable on? So far I have found MTN @ R339p.m. on an AnyTime 200.

Anything cheaper than that?

vodacom talk 130, but I paid extra 1k. Awesome phone, I have mine for about 3 months now. Personally I would wait for the droid X. Simply cos HTC desire works with HTC's Sense UI which is cool but android updates will take longer to get ported to the desire because of that

That is what I tought as well. Glad to say I was wrong. Received my HTC Desire's OTA update to Andriod 2.2 (Froyo) last night. Grab the Desire if you can get hold of one (seems to be quite scars lately) - you will not be sorry!

mmm, that doesnt look too bad, but dont really need all those minutes... and really dont want to pay in ;) not too worried about delays in new FW versions either, and on top of that, am a long time HTC user, so really like Sense. In that case, looks like MTN AnyTime 200 is the way to go...

MTN in Sandton has stock of the Desire. Picked mine up on Saturday.
