FAO: Those wanting to browse websites in non mobile view

Open up the browser on your phone
Type about:debug in the address bar
Press GO
Then push Menu and goto Settings
At the bottom you will see a new option called UAString
Change the UAString to Desktop

Since this is in the Android forum I would point out that you can switch between user agents in Dolphin Browser's settings.

Menu > More > Settings > User Agent

lets you choose between android, desktop and iphone.

I use the Dophin HD Desktop Toggles Add-on, and Skyfire has an easy switch option as well.
