I am currently participating in an academic project involving the development of an intelligent pool cleaner attachment for existing automated pool cleaners (the basic idea is that the device makes pool cleaning devices more efficient by steering them on an optimal path and avoiding obstacles).
I would greatly appreciate it if some of the forumites who own pools can answer the following questions (I am not trying to spam, sorry. This is for a university Engineering project):
- What is your occupation?
- Arrange the following factors pertaining to such a device from most important to least important: PRICE, DURABILITY, EFFECTIVENESS, EASE OF MAINTENANCE, EASE OF INSTALLATION, SPEED, ENERGY CONSUMPTION
- What would you be willing to pay for such a device given that it genuinely works?
- How would you consider your income (choose from: below average, average, above average)?
