I went from Telkom to Neotel and my calls dropped with the per second billing.
I went back to Telkom and my calls dropped when I took a Closer Plan with free minutes and reduced Telkom 2 Telkom rates.
End of the day a simple chart is not going to help you, you need to identify how you would use your phone if you where on Neotel and then if you where on Telkom.

Yip.. it can be difficult... but in the end.. you need to LIVE more on the Telkom line to appreciate the benefits
The more you talk in Off-Peak.. the more you get your moneys worth... if you don't use it.. you will lose out

Most my calls is during peak times. im sure there must be a comparison table on the internet
