MaD, what is the source of the data?

Most of it comes from Telkom's 2005 SEC 20f filing.

I didn't know that was possible. Telkom service levels dropping below what they are, that is. :p

Yup as D2 said its from the SEC filing.. what's interesting as well is that every table is in ascending order for years, ie 2003, 2004, 2005 - but when it comes to the performance measurements section, its in descending order of years - which makes it look as if the figures are improving.. check it out: http://img396.imageshack.us/my.php?image=lankscaly6jz.gif

I'm missing service levels for ADSL.... or is it hidden under one of the other groupings?
Following a round of Telkom abuse to our business when we moved, I don't believe the figures at all - it is most probably much worse. The techician signed the installation off, while it was not working at all. The lines were dangling wires in our neighbours offices and Telkom only completed the mess 3 weeks later - when ICASA woke up and forwarded the complaint I submitted the day Telkom installed the dangling wires.

Just something interisting I noted is that prepaid is more expensive than normal billing. How can this be? They recieve the money before hand so its supposed to be cheaper? Those figures on the graphs are shocking!
