I always pay me Telkom bill by credit card on their website, but since last month there is no option to pay online. Am I the only one with this problem?
It is extremely inconvenient as I now have to get to a shop to pay the bill every time.

Try EasyPay (www.easypay.co.za) I have been using them to pay Telkom, Municipal and SABC by credit card for several years. Never a problem.

I just lazy to register with new websites or add new beneficiaries. I mean it was working all the time (until a few weeks after I requested the send my invoice by email instead of post).
Anyway, will go the easypay or internet banking route.
FYI, here is a screenshot of their webpage. I used to click on one of the links on the left to pay (can't remember which one it was), but none of them take me to the payment option anymore. Enigma243, which link do you click on to pay?

Mmmmm... I have a "View Bill Online" under fixed line on the left...

OT: I'd feel dirty clicking on that "My Telkom" link.
Check under "Change your Bill Type" and make sure "View bill online" is selected.
Just tested and deselecting it remove the "View bill online" option.

I saw that option a while back but didn't like the part where it says: "By selecting the "View Online" option, you will only then have access to Online Bill", so never selected the option.
WRT Easypay, I registered on Monday and still have not received the activation email, so gave up on that.
