Hi guys, for those of you who are for the alliance.

We on bladefist and busy raiding BWD at the moment.

Tenacity has been growing steadily over last 3 months but looking for players.

At the moment we raid 3 days a week and hoping to go for 4 days but need more players for the extra day.

Ideally be over 18+. Although we a casual raiding guild.. we do take raiding seriously.

If you interested, please take some time and apply online, we looking for serious players to bolster our current group.

Ouch. How is 4 days casual raiding :P We raid 3 days a week and that feels more like casual raiding, anything more you starting to take the game a bit more serious I think.

Not really. it also depends on raid times. if its 7 - 10pm for example. thats still casual and dont go past the time most ppl leave to go out for the night. hence still casual. least in my eyes thats what most guilds r doing. more days , less time.

For us we see it as, when we raid we want to take it seriously. Players are not expected to sign up every night, we rotate players. Some even ask not to be included and we respect that.

In a more serious raiding guild, you would be expected to sign-up for every raid and more than 4 days at least like 5.

So with the player rotation, we can swop players out and still progress as a guild.
