Ricky Januarie has withdrawn from the Springboks’ preliminary Rugby World Cup squad after announcing his retirement from international rugby today. The 29-year-old DHL Western Province scrumhalf made his decision after discussions with Springbok coach Peter de Villiers.

Let's not forget that majical try he scored at the "house of pain" (Eden Park in NZ) to give the boks a historic win over the all blacks.:D

Yes! Hopefully Pretorius or Duvenhage will get a chance! Can't believe the 2 best scrumhalves in the country, didn't make the squad!
