Blogspot and custom domain name

Could someone help me out here please?

I have a domain name that I would like to use for Blogspot (instead of name.blogspot.com), how do one go about doing this?

Do I need someone to host the domain for me and only point it to blogspot or can one use blogspot DNS nameservers?

I read the help article but that left me a bit more confused since I do not use a company to get domain names, I just get it myself and nowhere on ZA.NET is there a control panel to make the required settings that they mention.

Not sure if you use their dns but I would:

Use cloudflare.com for dns (super cool security dns tool :D )

Set the name server records up in cloud flare, then update ZA.NET with the new name servers

Who are you referring to? Blogspot? Then yes, the DNS A and CNAME records are given.
