Hi guys
I recently signed up with 8ta's 10gig go big deal.
Everything was going great for the first month and then my signal strength started fading at home.
I still get normal speeds at my girlfriend's place so it is just my area of residence that seems to be affected.
I'm struggling to get hold of anyone from 8ta for support so I was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy an external antenna for the E367 modem I got. It has a external antenna socket but I have no idea what it is called.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The E367 has a CRC9 connector if I'm not mistaken. Have a look at http://www.bidorbuy.co.za/item/44730848/CRC9_male_to_SMA_female_pigtail_for_3G_Huawei_Mode m.html
One of those tie on attachments will obviously also work.
You'll also need the antenna as such from Poynting or DBG.

If you are in Joburg then have a look at Otto Marketing

Hi, just wanted to confirm which option you went for - and did it work well?.. for some reason 8ta signal in my area has diminished aswell.
Thanks :)
