Free/open source DNS server for Windows?

I am looking for something like dnsmasq (for Linux), which is a lightweight caching only DNS server. Except for Windows.

Anyone know of any?

I think Lansuite will do what you are wanting.

You can also use of "Small HTTP Server (http://www.download.com/Small-HTTP-Server/3000-2165_4-6308200.html)". It will pass on the DNS addresses as well as make use of the custom entries in the windows HOSTS file (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts).
