Good question, this particular site is for those of us who doesnt have uncapped capabilities or anything of the sort, as we all know you usually get double local bandwidth than the amount of international bandwidth you recieve. There are limited ways of using this local bandwidth which in turn calls for a waste of money, this is just basically using up for what you've paid for and get nothing more or nothing less.

Um why keep it so discreet? PLUS THIS WHOLE "send me your email" sounds a bit fishy dude, just post the link so that we know its legit at least. I bet there is A LOT of locals that would love to share their files with other fellow South Africans. Capped or Uncapped!
