Matfield’s valedictory live on SuperSport

Victor Matfield will make his final bow in first class rugby when he captains the Barbarians against Australia at Twickenham this weekend.

The match will be broadcast live on Saturday on SuperSport 1 from 4.30pm.

Matfield captains a star-studded squad that includes countrymen Bryan Habana and Adriaan Strauss, plus Robbie Fruean, Danny Cipriani and Keven Mealamu.

The team will be coached by Graham Henry, in his first assignment since capturing the World Cup last month.
