I actually prefer torrentb over Utorrent... plus couple of my friends have also had problems with utorrent... how do you go from having max speeds 1 day to near no speeds the next... not everything works for everyone perfectly.

There are a lot of rumors out there that certain products aid in the rejection of a piercing, I've not been able to find any proof to those claims though.

I use salt (normal table salt) mixed with boiled water, protex gentle soap and betadine.

My piercer nearly had a heart attack when I told her I was using betadine (because it contains iodine)

Really? My normal shoes usually cost me around R2500. But that's probably because I like wearing hiking shoes, as every day shoes. My current pair is Merrell, very nice. But not designed for running! I'd get blisters or break the treadmill :p

I find the more expensive running and sneaker type shoes have better/more comfortable inlays.

But yea, if you treat a pair well, they'll last years!
