DeeDee is back. Vet gave an injection and said he just thinks it is an irritation. No food for her tonight.

Well, I'm not sure whats ailing me right this very moment - hence the doctor and blood tests, waiting on results.

Got some serious chest pain, feels like my heart is going to pop. Irregular heart beat as well, palpation. It could be my ribs though or pleurisy. I'm also nauseous, fatigued, constant feeling of vertigo, confused (probably due to lack of sleep and meds)... to name a few.

But I have a number of medical conditions, I could try list them all but there are so many I'd forget a ton.

I guess the worst ones are my arthritis and scheuermann's disease, those affect my day to day far life more than any of the others. And my iffy heart.

Oh, and my digestive system... I can't eat or drink anything for at least 2 hours after I wake up else thats my day spent on the toilet. I think its called Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Also have to be careful of what I eat, some foods can really set me off.

Well got new kitties yesterday and they weren't what I expected based on the photo they sent us. Were expecting regular cats but these have that oriental look with short hair, slim bodies, long legs, thin faces.

So housemate and I had a bit of a panic last night, thinking this isn't going to work out, that we won't bond with them being so different to what we were used to. Told the agency last night we want to swap.

This morning we decided to give it to Monday and see how we all adjust. And I'm warming up to them, they're currently on my lap :)

These kitties are working their charm. One on my lap and one on my chest. One purrs non stop.

I think what happened last night is we were expecting two that looked like the two we lost and when they turned out to look different there was a sense of hurt and betrayal. Point is these are different cats, not replacements.

that is a very true, but hard lesson.

As kids when we got a new pet my parents also did not allow us to name pets after ones lost...

They each have their own precious love to give.

Currently we're looking after a boerbul(male) & a ridgeback(female)

she's not fazed by who gives her attention ....

He on the other hand is at my side the moment I step out the door. The other night Stud & I started a really trivial dissagreement. The moment Stud raised his voice(not much) the dog was infront of me growling at Stud. We then had to calm the dog down, that got us laughing :p

I will miss him after these 2 weeks, but he's not mine.

Then I spent R2700 and got a really good one, works great although my neck is really sensitive, so when I shave there it turns red for a few hours and burns. Need shave lube for neck, gonna use V's advice and go with soap.

If you don't have gel & other soaps & stuff irritate your skin, then the green sunlight is the best substitute.

I'm talking about the bar soap that you wash clothing with.

It's also the best soap for problem skin.

Ouch, yeah had a similar experiance but I can't contemplate forking that much out for a electric razor. Best shave I ever had was one given by an old barber actually , felt really really smooth afterwards.
