With the amount I eat + slow metabolism, gym is def a must. I'm currently overweight.. weighing 95kgs/1.8m tall.

I overexert myself extreme amounts, I sometimes spend up to 4 hours in the gym, sometimes 3 days in a row at 4 hours every day. I stopped when I started getting blisters on my hands and couldn't do the hand-involved things.

You got those nice shoes, now use them on the treadmill! :p

It sounds to me like you're happy at the gym though, so why cut down? Aside from the blisters it seems a healthy habit, perhaps just cut down on the intensity of the work out. Anything that brings someone joy is worth doing, as long as it's not hurting them in the long run. :)

I tend to put on weight very easily, but loose it easily as well. I can go up 5kg in a week and loose that 5 within a week. My body just seems to hover at this weight. I think its largely due to one's genetics.
