Dude, you need to know what you're doing if you want to start something like this. If I may ask, how old are you? I'm not saying you're an idiot, but you need to ask a question to get help and idea's. Start with the first question you have and ask the guys, I can't promise I'd be able to help, I'm ***** with networking.

By cable and wireless network company, I think he means they setup networks for businesses via LAN and WAN?
