List of ISP's

Not sure if this is already here, but how about a "sticky" thread with a list of all SA ISP's, along with email and website addresses?

AFAIK There are two places with all those:

1) www.hellkom.co.za
2) www.ispza.com

And the people should be able to rate them too, one vote for good and one vote for a bad one.
